We are currently offering group fitness classes through Zoom. All classes are 45 minutes in length and participants mic's are muted and videos are turned off. 


  • Mondays at 12:15pm:  HIIT with Delaney
  • Tuesdays at 5:30pm:  Core Focus Together & Cardio HIIT with Natalie
  • Wednesdays at 12:15pm:  Bootcamp with Lesley
  • Thursdays at 5:30pm:  Cardio Body Blast with Mary
  • Fridays at 12:15pm:  Core Focus Together & Cardio HIIT with Jahnel 








During this time of isolation for seniors, we want to provide ways to stay fit and maintain health. We offer a 5 minute chat session at the end of each class to check-in with everyone.  Monday - Friday:  10:00-10:45am

  • Tuesdays:  Senior Cardio with Tammy & Mary
  • Wednesdays:  Chair Yoga with Beth
  • Thursdays:  Brain Body Workout with Tara
  • Fridays:  Strength & Stretch with Karin
