LIVE GROUP FITNESS
We are currently offering group fitness classes through Zoom. All classes are 45 minutes in length and participants mic's are muted and videos are turned off.
- Mondays at 12:15pm: HIIT with Delaney
- Tuesdays at 5:30pm: Core Focus Together & Cardio HIIT with Natalie
- Wednesdays at 12:15pm: Bootcamp with Lesley
- Thursdays at 5:30pm: Cardio Body Blast with Mary
- Fridays at 12:15pm: Core Focus Together & Cardio HIIT with Jahnel
