At the Y, we help kids discover confidence, agility and fun through movement. Climb, swing, and conquer in our Ninja Gym! Kids will build strength, agility, and confidence while tackling hanging obstacles on our 10' x 30' rig, navigating floor challenges, and traversing the climbing wall. With new courses each week, every class is a fun, action-packed adventure!

DROP-IN TIMES

Drop-in sessions are open to youth with a family membership or those who pay the daily facility use fee at the welcome desk.

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Summer drop-in (June 27–August 29): Saturdays only, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.

NINJA GYM CLASSES

Classes are not currently in session. Check back soon for upcoming fall class schedules!

NINJA GYM RULES

  • Wristband Required: Check in at the front desk to receive a wristband before entering.
  • Socks Only: No shoes or bare feet.
  • Rig Obstacles: Must be 5+ years old AND 48" tall to be on the rig obstacles.
  • Capacity: Max 8 participants. Wait for staff if full.
  • Staff Instructions: Follow staff directions at all times.
  • Supervision: Children under 12 cannot be left unattended and must have an adult present.

ABOUT THE CLASS

Ninja Gym classes offer a fun way to practice strength, agility and coordination in a supportive environment. Instructors guide each group through warm-ups, movement drills, obstacle courses and games that help kids grow physically and mentally over four weeks. Track your improvement, build confidence, and have a blast!
