Frequently Asked Questions about the Virtual Fitness Program (VFP):

How will classes be streamed?

Classes will be available through the Zoom software. Please let us know if you need assistance with Zoom, email Elana English, eenglish@whatcomymca.org or Krissy Norton, knorton@whatcomymca.org.

 

Once registered, how will I receive the links for the classes?

When registering is important to include your full name (first and last) and a valid email address. The class links will be emailed to only those registered in the VFP program every Sunday afternoon. Access into the programs will be easy, just a one click on the link or add in the Meeting ID and password provided in the email for that particular day's class.

 

Can I enter the class anytime during the time frame?

Senior Fitness and Morning Stretch classes will have a 10 minute grace period to enter class.

All other group fitness classes will close at the start time of class. 

 

Can anyone sign up for this VFP program?

YES! We welcome all to our Virtual Fitness Program. Feel free to invite friends and family (wherever they live) to join us in classes. YMCA membership is not required to participate, just registration in the VFP program is required.
