An off site senior fitness class whose focus is strength, improved balance, and increased endurance to help maintain activities of daily living. 

 

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES >

Y members can attend a variety of fitness classes that are included in membership. Try cardio, cycling, strength, yoga and water exercise. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.

Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.
