The Whatcom Family YMCA offers a variety of healthy living evidence based programs to improve the lives of those facing chronic disease.
An off site senior fitness class whose focus is strength, improved balance, and increased endurance to help maintain activities of daily living.
Y members can attend a variety of fitness classes that are included in membership. Try cardio, cycling, strength, yoga and water exercise. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.
