Ramp it up!:  Monday & Wednesday mornings

6:10-6:55am (In-Person)

Janet will lead you in a fantastic cardio/strength class for all fitness levels. This class uses AMRAP “As Many Rounds as Possible” or “For Time” format to challenge each individual. This In-Person class is open to Y Members and Non-Members (with the purchase of a day pass) and takes place in 4th Floor Studio One.


Indoor Cycling:  Tuesday mornings

6:15-7:00am (In-Person)

Elodie is back in Studio One. Whether you are racing through Europe or climbing hills through Whatcom County, she will give you a great cycling workout to get your heart pumping! Reserve your bike 24 hours in advance.

Beginning Tuesday, April 5th

Strength Train Together: Tuesday evenings

5:30-6:30pm (In-Person)

Claire will help you tone and strengthen your body! This 60-minute high-rep weight training workout that uses a combination of body-weight exercises, barbells and weight plates. You’ll get a taste of traditional strength exercises and the latest functional training moves.

Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm Yin Yoga (In-Person)

Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm Hatha Yoga (In-Person)
