February is Healthy Heart Month, and the Healthy Living team at the Y is here to support your wellness journey. We’re offering free blood pressure checks in our lobby throughout the month. These checks can help you stay on top of your heart health and encourage healthy habits that benefit your overall well-being.

Blood pressure monitoring is one of the best ways to prevent heart-related conditions by catching issues early. Knowing your numbers can guide you to make healthier lifestyle choices, such as managing stress, staying active, and eating a balanced diet.

All February, here’s when you can stop by to get your check:

  • Mondays: 1pm – 1:45pm
  • Tuesdays: 9am – Noon
  • Wednesdays: 1pm – 1:45pm

No appointment is necessary—just stop by the lobby on these days for a quick check. Let’s take steps together toward a stronger heart and a healthier you. See you at the Y!
