The Best Summer Job
You'll Ever Have.
We're hiring passionate, energetic people who want to spend their summer doing work that actually matters for kids in our community.
This isn't just a summer job. It's a chance to trade your regular routine for trails, teamwork, laughter, and the kind of work that really sticks. At the Whatcom Family YMCA, our camp staff are role models, mentors, and memory-makers who turn ordinary days into experiences kids carry with them for life.
Whether you're drawn to outdoor adventure, early childhood, aquatics, or general camp programming, there's a spot here for you.
