Why Belly Dance?
Belly Dance is a fantastic way to boost your well-being, strengthen core muscles, and improve flexibility. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be introduced to the essential movements and techniques of raqs sharqi, including foundational steps, posture, and isolations. You’ll build strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive and creative environment. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind!

• Dates: Saturday, February 21 and Saturday, March 21
• Time: 10:45am–12:00pm
• Location: Studio One at the Whatcom Family YMCA
• Cost: $10 Members | $20 Non-Members
