Looking to add some flair and fun to your fitness journey? Our YMCA is excited to bring back Belly Dance with Rachel Carter—a vibrant, empowering class designed for all experience levels. Whether you're an avid dancer or just curious to try something new, this class is the perfect way to spice up your routine.

*Veils will be available to use in class. - When: Thursdays | July 10 – August 28 (8 classes)

Come learn the basic movements and techniques of belly dancing with veil! During this 6 week session, class will cover basic belly dance (raqs sharqi) movements alongside silk veil technique.
