This is an empowerment program for girls in 3rd-5th grade—giving them skills and experiences to navigate their world confidently and to unleash their limitless potential!

Our mission is to encourage youth to use trail running as a fun way to stay fit for life. We foster lifelong connections to nature and community through running, outdoor exploration and community service.

Your middle schooler can have fun with friends on the trails this summer! 

 

YOUTH MARATHON CLUB >

Over the course of six weeks we will run, walk, or skip one lap at a time until participants complete 26.2 miles.

 

YOUTH SOCCER PROGRAMS >

YOUTH TEEBALL-BASEBALL PROGRAMS >

Run the bases with the YMCA! Kids will learn teeball-baseball skills in a non-competitive, supportive environment.

 

YOUTH BASKETBALL PROGRAMS >

At the Y, we teach children life skills of becoming responsible adults and are able to accomplish this by developing self-esteem and emphasizing good sportsmanship in our basketball programs.

 

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS >

Tiny volleyball clinics focus on teaching beginning volleyball movement patterns as well as skills like arm swing, and approach, passing form and setting form. The class will also introduce life skills such as teamwork sportsmanship, and respect as well as fostering a love for the game.
