How can you better your community? Coach Jorge has inspirational words to help you REINVEST in your community. Your goals this are:

  • Use your time, talent or treasure to help your community in some way today. Help an elderly neighbor pick up groceries, teach a child a song, or give to the YMCA to help us continue to provide programs and services throughout Whatcom County.

  • Grab your accountability partner and together work toward completing your goal of 150 minutes of activity this week.

REPLAY: Week #4

When was the last time you were just silly and laughed uncontrollably?  Coach Zak has a great song and advice on how to get out and play this week. Your goals this are:

  • Choose ONE day (or more!) this week to dance, have fun, be silly, JUST PLAY! Join Dr. Dance on Thursday, Feb 25 at 5pm (PST) to dance with thousands across the country! CLICK HERE
