Our Y staff have some fun activities so you can participate from your own home!

HOLIDAY LINE DANCING

Grab your Santa boots, cowboy boots or just your tennis shoes and join us for a fun afteroon of boot stomping fun! We will learn 3-4 easy line dances to popular music and a fun Christmas song too! All are welcome!

Cowboy or Holiday hats are optional!

WINTER SOLSTICE DANCE PARTY

Join Pam for a fabulous early-afternoon of movement to celebrate the rebirth of the sun and beginning of winter.

We will be celebrating on the longest night, and the shortest day, of the year.

No dance experience necessary, just move & breathe & soak up the joyous nature that is Pam Kuntz.

Winter Solstice Yoga Celebration

Our very own yoga instructor, Rebecca Carson, will lead you through a yoga path on the day of the Winter Solstice.

Traditionally celebrated as a symbol of the changing seasons and Earth’s rebirth. A time to begin a more inward journey. Practice will incorporate lots of grounding and inward reaching postures.

NEW YEAR'S EVE Yoga

Anyone who uses the Gregorian calendar celebrates the last day of the calendar year; looking forward to the next year. And this year for sure…well, who isn’t ready to have a different 2021.

As is often practiced, we will work with intentions as we move forward, and in the asana portion, we will practice building our inner strength for this new year.

STRING QUARTET SOUNDS OF THE SEASON

Four string players from the Skagit Symphony Orchestra will play Chamber Music for us on Zoom. The quartet members are Philip Buri, first violin, Karen Caspers, second violin, Lauren Lamont, viola, and Brenda Lawlor, cello.
