Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi health benefits include: increased immune response, improved cognition, muscle strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, increased happiness and better sleep. Pre-registration Required.

Section 1:  Learn the six basic movements that form the core of this practice.

Section 2:  Continue with six additional movements for added benefits.

Winter Restoration Yoga

The theme of this special class will be slowing down on a physical & neurological level through supported restorative yoga poses and yogic breathing techniques. No prior experience necessary, as class will be oriented around relaxation.
