Tai Chi Qigong (Shi Ba Shi) and Tai Chi Walking

Tai Chi QiGong is a complete and well-balanced set of 18 exercises based on Tai Chi movements and principles. It serves as an excellent practice on its own as well as a practical foundation for Tai Chi Chuan.

With regular practice, benefits include integrating mind and body, improvement in strength, balance, flexibility, immunity, mood and more!

It is suitable for all ages and can be performed either seated or standing.

An opportunity to practice Dr. Lam’s Sun Style Tai Chi for Arthritis form together as well as Qigong. Must have previous Tai Chi experience to participate.
