YMCA’s Lose to Win Program is designed to help guide individuals seeking a healthier weight and lifestyle through small changes that provide sustainable results. Lose to Win does not advocate restrictive diets or short term solutions. Rather, this program takes a holistic approach towards building skills for success over the course of 12 weeks.

Just because you're staying home doesn't mean you can't work towards your weight loss goals. Participants meet virtually for 60 minutes, once a week, for 12 weeks.

We're In This Together

These recent times have been hard on our mental, physical, and emotional health and we want you to know you are not alone in trying to make your health a priority. Sometimes we need a little encouragement in making that happen. In this program you’ll be joined by a small group of others just like you, who will support and motivate you to reach your goals, encourage you through challenges, and celebrate successes along the way! Making changes can be hard to do alone. Groups provide accountability and support. Build awareness about what works for you while in a supportive community.
