The YMCA is excited to introduce LIVE Group Fitness Classes virtually! Through the Zoom software our 45 minute classes will provide cardio, strength, flexibility and FUN!

MONDAYS, 12:15-1:00PM

HIIT Class with Delaney

Class will be a total body workout with an emphasis on light resistance training. Minimal to no equipment needed - a chair/footstool/step and something that can be used as a small weight (like a full water bottle or canned food), with most exercises being body weight only.

Core Focus Together & Cardio HIIT with Natalie

This class strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips, including the back, glutes and abdominals, and uses a circuit-training approach. Feel free to use a Bench if you have one, a weight of any kind, and/or  towel to provide resistance. Following Core Focus will be 15 minutes of Cardio HIIT.

A challenging circuit class to promote or maintain strength, agility, flexibility and fitness.

Cardio Body Blast with Mary

This workout consists of a full body warm up followed by dynamic movements for 60, 40, 30 and 20 seconds and short rest intervals.  No equipment needed except athletic type shoes and room to move forward, backwards and side to side.
