Gymnastics is a great sport to improve flexibility, muscular strength, and coordination. Children who take gymnastics can improve their motor skills through a variety of exercises and routines. Not to mention, the fitness routines that gymnasts practice are greatly focused on posture, balance, fluid motions, and control.
