HIIT It for Lunch

Our High Intensity Interval Training will have you sprinting and jumping into fall activities. This 30-minute class will make good use of your lunch hour by combining intense body weight moves and dumbbell exercises followed by short, active rest periods. You will have plenty of time to refuel before heading back to work.
