Strength Train Together is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. This class incorporates High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach to give you a fun and effective workout. This class will be FREE to YMCA Members!

Foundation of Yoga

BELLINGHAM YMCA

We will be discussing the foundation of the practice that introduces us into  what, how and whys of yoga. The class is great for all skill levels, for the advanced yogi's wanting to deepen their practice and for beginners who want to see what yoga is all about.

Yoga for Athletes

BELLINGHAM YMCA

This Yoga for Athletes series will focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and preventing injuries for athletes of all kinds. This class is suitable for beginner and seasoned yogis alike.

Hula Hooping

BELLINGHAM YMCA


All skill levels hoop-dancing for fitness and fun. Great for beginners who would love to improve waist hooping ability and expand their knowledge of moves that can be done with a hula-hoop while getting a great work-out at the same time.
