If penciling in a specific time for your virtual workout isn't penciling out, we have a no-cost solution for you. YMCA 360 and Matrix Workouts are available on our website (go to schedules, then virtual fitness) and both offer a wide variety of workouts to help keep you strong, healthy and resilient in pandemic times.
Matrix Trainer Home Workouts offer lots of choices to get your cardio, strength & flexibility sessions in with little or no equipment. Energetic instructors demo the workouts, then set you free to do them yourself. Classes include HIIT, Firm, Abs & Back, Strong & Stretch & Mobilize. Firm with Ronny is pretty fun and hits some COVID-neglected body parts too!
If you're missing your own Y instructors, many of them are teaching virtually. Sign up for our Virtual Fitness Program and access many Whatcom Family YMCA virtual classes each week. If you've been holding out for an early morning workout, we now have that too.
Our yoga instructor, Rebecca Carson, will also be hosting Yoga Celebrations on special days from December - March. Join us for great yoga workouts each month! FREE for all to attend via Zoom.
