It's Time to Zoom with Your Favorite Senior Fitness Instructors
Let's move together from home
Three weeks ago, most of us had never heard of ZOOM. Now we're using it to connect for meetings, friend time, family time and yes, exercise!
We all know how important being active is, we drill that into your head every time you attend class. Sure there are some limits to fitness activities in your home, but no excuses, it is not only possible, but it is possible with your Active Older Adult folks.
Here are the details:
30 minutes per class
Instructors include Mary Latta, Beth Anderson, Tara Marshall and Tammy Bennett.
Each day will be something different including Balance, Strength & Stretch, Chair Yoga, Brain/Body and Cardio. We will not be using music because we want you to hear every word we say (we really miss talking to you!)
At the end of class, we'll have a quick opportunity to chat, then you can check the fitness box for that day. Easy peasy. Let's get this party started.
