Mt Baker Hill Climb Training Class

Spend an hour a week focusing on riding hills to get you prepared for the Mt. Baker Hill Climb on Sunday, September 9th. You'll be training for 4,000 feet of elevation gain in 24 miles. Your fee includes a discount on event registration.

Tai Chi Qigong (Shi Ba Shi)

This is a complete and well-balanced exercise on it’s own and it serves as an excellent warm-up for Tai Chi and other activities. 

These exercises are an ideal introduction for people who want to study Tai Chi because they introduce key elements of weight shifting, mindfulness , and coordination of movement and breath. 

With regular practice, benefits will include integrating mind and body, improvement in strength and balance, flexibility, and more. It is suitable for all ages and can be performed either seated or standing.

Summer Erg Training Class

Join us for the Erg Training Class which is a fun, indoor, core-building workout that will culminate in the opportunity to take it on the water. Experienced rowers will help you on the erg whether you've been on one or you are looking to improve.

Begins July 2, Mon & Wed, 7:30-8:30am

Ergs may be reserved the day before class.

Tai Chi Deepening Practice

This class is for people who would like to get together to practice & refine Dr. Lam's (Sun Style) Tai Chi for Arthritis form. The first half of the class will be Qigong. Tai Chi experience required.
